How It Works

Each Eos Village spans 50 acres of lush land, featuring:

• 32 Private Earthenware Domes – self-contained, sustainable, and deeply integrated into the landscape.

• 2 Food Halls – communal dining with fresh, nourishing meals.

• 2 Rec Halls – for play, movement, and connection.

• A Library – for knowledge, growth, and solitude.

• Supply & Creation Rooms – stocked with tools and materials for artistic and practical endeavors.

• Healing Tents – dedicated spaces for wellness and restoration.

• A Village Shop – where residents can trade handcrafted goods.

Who is invited?

Residents will be handpicked and invited—given a home, food, and support with no obligation to contribute. Their needs will be met for as long as they choose to stay.

Design & Philosophy

At EOS, form follows the wisdom of nature.

• Curves, not corners — The human mind was designed for asymmetry and flow.

• Biodegradability — Everything is made to return to the earth in its time.

• A Cycle, not a System — Instead of rigid sustainability, EOS fosters natural cycling—creation, transformation, renewal.

• Free will and organic growth — After a lifetime of trying and failing to fit into the rigid systems of the modern world, our residents will finally have the opportunity to rest, heal, and explore their passions without worrying about survival or danger.

Guidelines

EOS is a sanctuary and to maintain its energy a few rules apply:

No drugs or alcohol on site.
No violence, theft, or bullying. Eos is a safe space for all.
No unauthorized guests living on-site. Visitors are welcome, but only invited residents may stay.

Violations will result in removal from the village.

The Custodians

Each EOS Village will have dedicated custodians, attuned to the needs and desires of residents.

If a resident envisions something new, a workshop, a tool, a learning experience. EOS will find a way to bring it to life. The village expands with its people, in harmony with their growth and the extent of their imagination.
